Download and Install 7ziP and then,
Download, Un-zip and Install Crossloop
Save the file or run (we recommend saving)
There is no need to set-up an account with Crossloop
Once installed, double click icon on your desktop
Say "no" to run at start-up
Over the phone you give us your "Access Code"
then click "Connect"
Lastly, you need to approve this connection.
Without this last step no one can gain access to your computer. You can disconnect at anytime. Reconnection would then need your approval again making it safe to use. If it is necessary to restart your computer during the repair phase, you will need to repeat the process.
